What will be your mission?
What will you do?

Offer a genuine and warm welcome to arriving guests, providing a professional presentation of the hotel and assisting them with check‑in procedures.

Remain visible and available for guests at all times, responding promptly to their requests and maintaining frequent contact throughout their stay. Resolve any issues and assist with additional services such as transportation, reservations and local recommendations.

Support the Guest Relations Manager in maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely responses to guest reviews, managing comments, suggestions and complaints, and collaborating with department heads on action plans.

Build positive relationships with guests, anticipating their needs to deliver a personalised service. Recognise and handle returning guests and VIPs in accordance with hotel standards and the VIP policy.

Collect and analyse guest feedback through surveys, reviews and direct communication, taking decisive action to improve the guest experience and communicating necessary changes to hotel staff.

Work closely with various hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure a memorable experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest profiles, including preferences and special requests.

Identify upselling opportunities for hotel services and effectively communicate their value to guests.

Develop strong knowledge of destination services and key contacts, ensuring the information provided aligns with quality standards and brand identity.

Assist and support the Guest Relations Manager in commercial activities, including event preparation, organising site inspections and communicating relevant information.
What are we looking for?

Preferably enrolled in hospitality management, tourism, business administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in the luxury hospitality sector and in guest‑facing roles.

Excellent Italian language skills and good English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Strong communication skills, courtesy, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Team player with flexibility, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Availability to work on shifts, including weekends, depending on hotel occupancy and operational needs.
