Your Role at a Glance 

As a Tour Specialist, you are responsible for optimizing the occupancy of our facilities. You specialize in group bookings from tour operators. You handle requests quickly and accurately, guide clients from inquiry to execution, and ensure the flawless organization of group reservations.

• Handling leisure group reservations (rooms, meeting spaces & F&B)
• Preparing and sending confirmations, contracts, and pro forma invoices
• Entering data into the reservation system
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues
• Relationship management and complaint handling with a smile
• Seizing commercial opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and after-sales
