What will be your mission?
As Guest Service Center Agent, you will be a key member of our Front Office team, you will be the personal point of contact for our guests from arrival to departure. As a representative of our hotel, you will leave one of the strongest impressions on our guests with the highest level of courtesy, efficiency and friendliness.
What will you do?
- Answer and forward requests and enquiries from our guests by telephone and email, as well as taking bookings and reservations for our restaurants.
- Know how to handle our guests' complaints and be the expert when it comes to knowledge about your hotel.
- Be able to work with all hotel departments in a calm and focused manner, providing administrative support to the entire hotel and front office team.
- Celebrate the art of hospitality and your dedication to our guests is reflected in our equally caring approach to you.
What are we looking for?
- You have successfully completed training in the hospitality industry.
- You may already have valuable front office experience.
- Your communication is always characterised by friendliness and appreciation.
- You enjoy the art of hospitality.
- Perfect English is a matter of course for you.
- You have a high level of quality awareness and service orientation.
- Teamwork and mutual support are core values for you.
- Your positive charisma and very good manners round off your profile.
- You have a pleasant and calm telephone voice.
- Various PC skills such as Microsoft, SAP, TMS are an advantage.
- You are flexible in your time management (alternating shifts).
