Would you like to cook in a unique location right on the beach? At NH Zandvoort, you’ll join an enthusiastic kitchen team in a hotel where restaurant service, buffets, and events all come together. Together with the Executive Chef, you will ensure smooth daily operations in the kitchen and provide guests with high‑quality dishes after a relaxing day by the sea.
We are looking for a full‑time Sous Chef with experience in a professional kitchen. You are a natural leader, able to maintain an overview during busy service, and you inspire your team to deliver the highest quality every day.

Your Role at a Glance

Leading and supervising the kitchen team during service

Assisting in food preparation and cooking

Supporting the Executive Chef with daily planning and organization

Ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene (HACCP)

Contributing ideas for menus and improving kitchen processes

Maintaining an efficient, well‑organized, and smoothly running kitchen
