Your Role at a Glance

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar while actively working behind it
• Support banqueting operations during busy periods when needed
• Lead pre-shift briefings and debriefings, and support with team scheduling
• Train, motivate, and guide team members to deliver excellent service
• Create exceptional guest experiences through drinks, service, and atmosphere
• Manage stock, orders, and inventory to ensure smooth operations
• Use guest feedback and your own observations to continuously improve service quality

What Makes You a Great Fit

• At least 1 year of experience in cocktail bartending
• A flexible mindset and willingness to support different areas when needed
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• The ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team spirit and leadership skills
