Chef de Partie - Full-time - NH Zandvoort

As a Chef de Partie (f/m/d), you will be responsible for planning, preparing and cooking buffets and à la carte menus as well as looking after and advising guests at the buffet and in the à la carte restaurant.

What are you going to do?

Quality and consistency are two important elements in the kitchen team. You will be responsible for overseeing an assigned kitchen station to ensure consistency of preparation according to the predefined recipes and product quality. Outside of the daily activities you will have the opportunity to make proposals to the Chef to improve the work processes and to contribute to the development of dishes and recipes. Together with the team you ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience in the field of Food & Beverage. Finally, you ensure that the HACCP rules are complied with and that your workplace is organized, clean and tidy. As Chef de Partie you report directly to the (Sous) Chef.

What are we looking for?

• You are a hard worker with an eye for detail and see a challenge in every situation;
• You have a diploma in Food Production (MBO 3/4), or you can show us that you have mastered this level of cooking;
• You have the passion to share your extensive kitchen knowledge with your colleagues. You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is an advantage.
