Your Role at a Glance

Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.

Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.

You will be involved in cold, warm, and pastry sections.

Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.

Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized in line with the current HACCP guidelines.

Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions.
What Makes You Great Fit

Previous experience working in a professional kitchen is a must;

Ideally an experience with either cold sections and/or patisserie;

Understanding the HACCP regulations;

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks;

Attention to detail;

Team player who enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment;

You feel comfortable working in an open kitchen;

You have a good command of the English language, Dutch is an advantage.
