Your Role at a Glance
14:45 You kick off your shift with a fresh cup of coffee. Together with the morning supervisor, you go through the day’s highlights and align on anything that needs attention.
15:15 After the handover you go through the day with the (Assistant) Food and Beverage Manager and review any important updates or special requests for the day.
16:00 You make your rounds through all outlets, checking that preparations are running smoothly and stepping in to support wherever needed.
17:30 After enjoying dinner with your colleagues, you help get the outlets ready for the evening rush and coordinate any last details with the kitchen.
18:15 Before the dinner service begins, you support your colleague in preparing the meeting and event spaces for the next day.
19:30 During the peak hours in the outlets, you stay calm, led by example, and make sure every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience while helping the team reach their goals.
20:15 You communicate with Front Office or Duty Management to check if they can support with room service when needed.
22:00 The majority of the guests have left the outlets and together with your team you discuss the planning for all the closing task and assist where necessary.
23:30 After sending your handover, you wrap up the day with a well‑deserved closing drink, thanking your team for their great work and celebrating another successful shift together.
