Choose the training path that best suits you and come learn from our teams in a training program in partnership with IEFP, IP – Institute of Employment and Professional Training. This program combines theoretical and practical classes with on-the-job training and ultimately offers you the opportunity to join our team.

  • Excellence in Detail | Professional Housekeeping . 525 Hours
  • Mastery at the Table | Restaurant and Bar. 700 Hours
  • Gastronomic Inspiration | Kitchen and Pastry . 700 Hours

WHO IS IT FOR?

All national or international candidates with or without prior training and technical knowledge, interested in investing in a professional career and acquiring technical skills in the hospitality industry.

 

REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN THIS PROGRAM

  • Age 18 or older
  • Educational qualifications, minimum 4th grade of schooling depending on the selected training path
  • Resident in Portugal and fluent in Portuguese

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • IN-PERSON TRAINING: 4 days a week – business hours @Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort
  • DURATION: Between 525 and 700 hours. Depending on the training path
  • REGISTRATION: Until november 10, 2025
  • SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS: The selection process will be conducted through an in-person interview after preliminary screening.
  • PARTICIPANT LIST ANNOUNCEMENT: until november 14, 2025
  • START DATE: Between November 17 and 24, 2025
