As a Housekeeping Valet / Floor Supervisor, you combine an operational Housekeeping role with responsibility for checking the quality of guest rooms. Your position is divided between 60% Housekeeping Valet duties and 40% Floor Supervisor responsibilities.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

Housekeeping Valet, 60%

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to the hotel’s standards.
• Make beds, replace linen and replenish guest amenities.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the rooms and areas assigned to you.
• Set up, clean and tidy meeting and seminar rooms.
• Report any technical issues, damage or lost property.

Floor Supervisor, 40%

• Inspect guest rooms after cleaning and ensure they meet the hotel’s quality standards.
• Check that rooms are ready for guest arrivals and ensure that any issues are corrected.
• Provide feedback and support the team to ensure high-quality standards.
• Report technical issues and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Front Office and other departments and assist in coordinating daily priorities.

• You enjoy working as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
• You are comfortable checking the work of others and providing constructive feedback.
• You are in good physical condition and comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting and moving equipment, standing for long periods and carrying out cleaning duties.
• You are flexible and available to work various shifts between 6:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
