What will be your mission?
As a Reservations Coordinator (M/F), you will be responsible for coordinating a team of reservation agents who manage customer requests received through different sales channels, ensuring customer satisfaction.
What will you do?
- Continuous evaluation of reservation agent performance through call listening, monitoring, and other methods.
- Individual and/or group feedback sessions with agents.
- Management, coordination, and continuous monitoring of the agent team.
- Creation and monitoring of action plans to achieve objectives.
- Constant reporting to platform managers.
- Control of workload sizing and balancing.
- Resolution of questions and incidents.
- Team management and motivation.
- Quality management.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in managing teams of reservation agents.
- Goal and results-oriented.
- Native/bilingual English speaker.
- Good communication skills, persistence, ability to work under challenges, initiative and decision-making, with leadership skills.
- Team spirit.
- Goal-oriented profile, determined, able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
