Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

• Lead, coach, and develop the kitchen team.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets.
• Plan production and organize operations to meet business demands.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to deliver successful events and dining experiences.
• Manage food costs, labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Optimize efficiency and minimize food waste.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety.
• Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance of kitchen team members.
• Ensure all culinary operations reflect Minor Hotels' quality standards and brand values.

Excellence begins with you – Your qualities

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership position within a hotel, conference, banqueting, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse culinary team.
• Extensive knowledge of food production, menu development, and large-scale banquet operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing food costs, labor costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Thorough understanding of HACCP, food safety regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
